Screenprint Classes

In Screenprinting, a squeegee is used to push ink through a fine mesh that has been blocked to allow ink to transfer to paper in just the right places.
Jumpstart
These short classes to give students a flavor of what a process is like or they hone in on one particular skill or technique. One-day classes are designed to be fun, interactive and help students be comfortable working at Spudnik Press.

Beginners
All introductory class at Spudnik Press will thoroughly cover all the fundamentals of the process, like using photo emulsion, mixing ink, creating a multi-color image, and registration. There are no prerequisites for these classes.

Private Lessons
Typically held in 2-3 hour blocks, our recommended 8-12 hour private sessions begin with the basics and build from there. We start with a general introduction and move along to personal goals for projects.
