Holiday Card Printing: Screenprinting

The holidays are fast approaching and what better way to celebrate than to roll up your sleeves and screenprint your own collection of cards! Screenprinting is a straightforward print process that allows you to quickly transfer an image onto a surface. Students will bring a one-color design to class (a hand drawn image, photocopy or digital file). Spudnik Press will provide pre-coated screens. Each student will use our darkroom to expose their image to a screen, mix their own ink color, and print! In addition to feeling like a rock star you will walk away with 20 handmade greeting cards waiting for their happy recipients.

Refund Policy

PAYMENT POLICY: All classes require full payment. Payment in 2 installments may be requested by sending an email to info@spudnikpress.org.

For cancellations made at least one week prior to the first class, we can refund 50% of the full tuition, or give 100% studio credit to be used within the next 6 months. For cancellations made with less than one weeks notice, we can only give studio credit to be used within the next 6 months. No refund is available if students cancel within 48 hours of the class, workshop or lesson.

Student Material List:

Students should bring 20 blank cards (any color, any standard size), as well as the finished design on a USB drive, CD, or laser print. Basic white 5” x 7” flat cards are available for students who do not bring their own folded cards.
