On Saturday, October 4, we host our largest benefit to date. To make this all happen, we need lots of help!

Our preview event features live jazz from Elastic Arts, Gourmet Mexican Street Food and Tapas by El Metro & Gaudi Cafe, letterpress printing, and craft cocktails. Then, we’ll open up the doors to general admission at 7pm and bidding will get intense as we auction off 50 artworks by the best artists in the city and 25+ unique items and experiences ranging from a behind the scenes tour of Dark Matter Coffee to hair styling services at The Circle Salon. As the auction ends, the dance party begins with DJ Hummingbird.

We are looking for two kinds of help: Framing and installation help on Thursday, Oct. 2, 6-10pm and Day-of Help on Saturday, Oct. 4, between 4-midnight. All volunteers will earn complimentary admission to the event, which includes popcorn and a drink ticket. We’ve even got a small thank you gift for the first 20 people to sign up!

Please include your availability and any special talents or interests that you may have, including woodblock printing, letterpress printing, ability to talk confidently about Spudnik’s programming, interest in dressing up a little and serving  hors d’oeuvres, or even bar tending.
