Judith Geichman lives and works in Chicago. She attended Ohio State University, and received her MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Geichman’s work has been exhibited at The Spertus Museum, Chicago; Illinois State Museum, State of Illinois Gallery; Struve Gallery, Chicago; Stephen Rosenberg Gallery, New York City; Rockford Art Museum; Chicago Cultural Center; Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art, Chicago; Alfedena Gallery, Chicago; National Academy Museum, New York: Julius Caesar, Chicago; Carrie Secrist Gallery, Chicago. She is a recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts Awards, and the Margaret Kelmek Phillips Grant. Residencies include, Gilfelag Residency, Akureyri, Iceland; Visiting Artist, The American Academy in Rome.
