Spudnik Press Cooperative is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
Spudnik Press Cooperative offers many volunteer opportunities that directly contribute to the success of our mission, as we aim to provide affordable and approachable printmaking facilities and services to a diverse community of emerging artists, established artists, youth, and adults.
We also hold ongoing volunteer sessions for members (or anyone who wants to join) to help keep our studio clean and organized, to contribute to special projects, and to meet other members. These shifts are social and a fun ways to support your local printshop. Volunteer sessions are scheduled at various times and rotate to include daytime, evening, and weekend opportunities.
December 2023 Volunteer Needs
For December 2023, we are seeking help in preparing our space on December 6 (Wednesday) for an upcoming fundraising event. We have several volunteer slots available for various tasks.
We also need onsite volunteers to help us guide visitors, assist customers in our art showcase, and help with merchandise sales during our Fundraising Art Showcase that is happening on December 8 (Friday) from 6pm-8pm.
Spudnik Press Cooperative is in constant need of studio supplies and equipment, including both these one-time purchases and basic second-hand items such as t-shirts for rags, power tools and printmaking materials. Please contact staff to discuss large or small equipment donations.
The work we do at Spudnik is made possible through generous support from our grantors, sponsors, non-profit partners and many individual donors. If you are interested in supporting our mission, please make an online donation or contact staff to discuss additional opportunities.
